A small technology problem can be easier to tackle when someone is available to work through it alongside you. Surprise Regional Library’s Tech Help Table is listed for Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon, with teen volunteers helping people of all ages.
No booking is required for this session at 16089 North Bullard Avenue. The library invites technology questions, including from people who may need additional support. For specific access needs or questions about the service, contact the branch at 623-222-2901 before visiting.

Arrive with one clear task if you can: what were you trying to do, what happened instead and where did you get stuck? Bring the relevant device and enough charge to demonstrate the problem. Keep passwords and sensitive account information private while you enter them yourself; you do not need to turn a request for help into an account handover.
Use the time to understand a repeatable step rather than only watching someone reach the result. Ask whether you can try it again and write down a short reminder in your own words. Volunteer assistance cannot promise to solve every device fault, but learning one useful action can make the next encounter with the same technology less frustrating.
